1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:
- Products are unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided

- Go to “My Orders” and select the item(s)
- Print the prepaid return label
- Ship your return within 5 days of request
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued within 7 business days after receipt
- Original payment method will be credited
- Return shipping is free (except for final sale items)
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order/customized bags
- Final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Items without original packaging
5. Damaged Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery:

- Provide photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return/replacement
6. International Returns
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Duties/taxes are non-refundable
- Refunds processed in original currency
